The Royal Norfolk Show offers a unique opportunity for businesses, organisations and producers to showcase and promote themselves to over 80,000 visitors in two days.
Booking Information for 2027
FOR 2026 SHOW TRADE STAND HOLDERS – In the Autumn, we aim to invite 2026 trade stand exhibitors to attend the 2027 Show.
FOR NEW TRADE STAND ENQUIRIES – Applications for the 2027 Show will open in the Autumn. We hope to be able to start contacting new traders in the new year.
FOR GARDEN COMPETITIONS – can also be entered here in the Autumn.
TRADE STAND BOOKING PROCESS
Once a trade stand booking has been agreed you will receive a trade stand proposal to accept. Bookings will not be confirmed until your deposit payment has been received.
A ticket pack will be allocated based on your booking category and frontage (m). Additional tickets and passes are available at extra cost.
Ticket packs are digital and will be available for download from your trade stand portal on full payment of your account.
You are required to upload mandatory event documentation to your trade stand portal.
The layout of the Show changes every year. Your trade stand number will be confirmed and issued in May.

Full terms and conditions for traders
If you require electrics for your stand, please complete and return this form to EPS, applications received after the 22nd May will be subject to a 50% surcharge.
If you need a guaranteed Wi-Fi signal we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you make an advanced private Wi-Fi booking. Please book by Friday 5 June 2026 through our external provider Rural Broadband.
Please BOOK IN ADVANCE – Don’t leave your booking until Show days, as we can not guarantee the required equipment for your location will be available as Wi-Fi equipment is only installed in areas where advanced bookings have been made. ADVANCED ONLINE DISCOUNT RATE AVAILABLE.
PLEASE BE AWARE – Mobile data services for 4G/5G can become overloaded with high levels of general public use and can fail.
You must complete a risk assessment for your stand as part of your booking application.
We also require proof of your Public Liability insurance. Please ensure we have a copy that shows you are covered for the duration of the show (including the period of set up and clear down).
You must agree and adhere to our Licencing Terms if you wish to sell alcohol or undertake any other licensable activities which include; performance of plays or films, playing live music and/or recorded music.
