Booking Information for 2025
We are excited to be holding the Royal Norfolk Show on Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 June 2025.
2024 Show Trade Stand holders will be sent a proposal to attend again in 2025 based on this year’s stand booking. Please respond by 13th December 2024 to let us know your requirements.
New Trade Stand applications, please complete the expression of interest form below and a member of our sales team will be in touch in the new year to discuss your requirements. Priority will be given to 2024 Show traders in the first instance.

Once you apply you will receive a confirmation of application, however, please note that your booking will not be confirmed until your trade stand deposit has been paid.
You can book extra tickets and passes on the online trade stand booking portal.
We also ask you to use the portal to upload your relevant stand documentation.
Ticket packs will not be issued until your stand has been paid in full.
Trade stand numbers change each year, you will be issued with your stand number nearer the show date.

Full terms and conditions for traders
If you require electrics for your stand, please complete and return this form to EPS by the 24th May 2024, applications received after the 24th May will be subject to a 50% surcharge.
If you need a guaranteed Wi-Fi signal we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you make an advanced private Wi-Fi booking. Please book by Friday 7 June 2024 through our external provider NCI Systems.
Please BOOK IN ADVANCE – Don’t leave your booking until Show days, as we can not guarantee the required equipment for your location will be available as Wi-Fi equipment is only installed in areas where advanced bookings have been made. ADVANCED ONLINE DISCOUNT RATE AVAILABLE.
PLEASE BE AWARE – Mobile data services for 4G/5G can become overloaded with high levels of general public use and can fail.
You must complete a risk assessment for your stand as part of your booking application.
We also require proof of your Public Liability insurance. Please ensure we have a copy that shows you are covered for the duration of the show (including the period of set up and clear down).
You must agree and adhere to our Licencing Terms if you wish to sell alcohol or undertake any other licensable activities which include; performance of plays or films, playing live music and/or recorded music.
