Many breed societies require that you are a member of their Society in order to enter their breed classes/competitions at this Show. The conditions at the top of each section in the Equine Prize Schedule should explain any membership requirements. If you are unsure as to whether you need to be a member of a particular Society OR which Society you need to be a member of, then, please contact the RNAA Show Office or the relevant Breed Society.
Some breed societies will accept membership on a day ticket basis. However, should you qualify for a final/championship, they will normally insist on full membership before the final/championship takes place.
It is essential that the various breed society information/registration numbers are stated on your entry form for exhibitor, owner, rider and horse (where requested). Details of each entry have to be approved and validated by the individual societies prior to the Show and before ticket packs are sent to exhibitors. Breed Societies will reject entries if the requested information is not correctly entered or omitted.
Competitors entering Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) qualifier classes are required to detail their HOYS ID numbers on their entry form. If you have not got a HOYS ID then these can be created quickly and easily on the Grandstand Entries Website.
All entries are subject to availability. Entries are processed on a date received/paid for basis. Some classes have a maximum number of entries allowed, so we advise entering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
